Important information on COVID-19 restrictions
Due to rising cases of COVID-19 and the Omicron variant, classes will continue hybrid (online and in campus) for students. Labs and exams will also continue face-to-face on campus. If you have any questions specific to your classes, please contact your instructors and the Program coordinator .
Further to the Government of Alberta announcement Rosewood College is aligning our policies with the direction of the government and the Minister of Advanced Education. As such, effective immediately:
students and employees are no longer required to be fully vaccinated to attend on campus. This does not apply to the HCA students as they must be fully vaccinated for practicum as per facilities requirements and discretion.
students that are not in the HCA Program and employees are no longer required to disclose their vaccination status through the Rosewood Alert app, or otherwise; and
we will no longer be controlling access to our building.
students and employees have the option to continue wearing a mask.

Individuals required to follow quarantine/isolation protocols should follow the government of Alberta protocols https://www.alberta.ca/isolation.aspx
CURRENT PROTOCOLS:
All faculty, staff, and students who test positive for CV19 must isolate and follow CV19 guidance.
Do not come to campus if you
have tested positive for COVID-19 or are being tested
have one or more core COVID-19 symptoms.
If you're unsure about whether to come to campus, stay home and consult Alberta Health Services.
Rosewood ways to keep you safe
Rosewood will inform those who have COVID-19 symptoms or tested positive of the legal requirement to isolate and remain away from campus and will accommodate those persons as required.
Hand sanitizing stations and protective barriers will remain across campus.
Cleaning and disinfection of common areas and high-touch surfaces by our custodian will continue.
