Program Features
Esthetician/Beautician Diploma Program is a comprehensive 880-hour training program spanning 22 weeks, combining both theoretical learning and hands-on practical experience. This is an in-person program only.
Covering a variety of topics including:
Through comprehensive theory and hands-on practice, students will develop an understanding of skin types, human anatomy, bacteriology, chemistry, nutrition, and infection control. Over 8 weeks, they will acquire skills in full-body waxing, threading, body massage, and various facial treatments like anti-aging, brightening, and enzyme peels. In a 4-week period, students will also master basic and advanced manicure and pedicure techniques, along with nail art and styling, while learning nail anatomy and infection control. Over 11 weeks, makeup training will cover foundation matching, color correction, eyeshadow application, contouring, and bridal, fashion, and fantasy makeup. Additional training includes lash extension application, tinting for lashes and eyebrows, and beauty photography, focusing on editing and adjustments using existing equipment.

Admission Requirements
18 years of age or older
Grade 10 English or equivalent
Prospective students who do not have grade 10 English or equivalent will need to provide Duolingo test with a minimum score of 90
Other Canadian Provinces
The student has graduated from grade 12 or equivalent (B.C. high school diploma, B.C. Adult Graduation Diploma, General Educational Development) or an equivalent secondary school completion from another jurisdiction; or
The student is 19 years of age or older before the start of classes and has demonstrated evidence at the appropriate level of literacy, numeracy, comprehension and/or written skills to enable successful completion of the program.
Cast 1 Entrance Exam with minimum score of 70%

Program fees include supplies (uniform, make-up kit, nail technician kit, and eyelash extension kit.)
